After 15 years in the restaurant business, watching plate after plate of unreasonable size sent out, I’ve had enough. That’s why I’m making it possible to eat healthy on a busy schedule. I make satisfying, convenient meals using fresh ingredients and reasonably sized portions. Now, thanks to my tasty, single servings of nutrition, there’s no longer any excuse to eat poorly.
